Andrew leads SSI's vision, growth and operations, building the customer and alliance relationships behind its delivery. He joined the NTT DATA Group in 2012 as a Client Manager for key municipal accounts, and in 2017 became Public Sector Executive for the Middle East and Africa, overseeing capital projects across ports, rail, road and bus rapid transit in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
